The system allows managers to see all orders placed through the site, including those that are currently in the shopping cart. An order will always contain "line items" with a specific pricing, based on the fees charged for registrations.
When customers pay with check, once you receive and deposit the check, you may choose to update the order payment status from "pending" to "completed".
In addition, the order management options allow you to see the line items and the total of the order. Managers can also have the system resend the notification email for orders that are completed.
With most systems, you cannot issues refunds from the system itself. If you system uses PayPal or Stripe, you must issue any refund from the PayPal or Stripe portals.
