Refunding transactions paid with PayPal or Stripe
Refunding registration fees is highly discouraged, and must be initiated outside the TenutoWeb system.
Since your system most likely uses your Association's PayPal or Stripe accounts, the refund MUST be completed through your Association's PayPal or Stripe portal. Your treasurer most likely has access to those portals and will be able to help you refund those payments.
Please notice that processing a refund through PayPal or Stripe will not automatically remove the registration from the TenutoWeb system. After processing refunds through those external portals, you must come back to the TenutoWeb system and disable the registrations that were refunded, so that they don't appear in the schedule.
Refunding transactions paid with check
Most likely you can either return the check to the customer, or write a new check to them to refund any payments. Then you must deactivate those refunded registrations so that they don't appear in the schedule.
