This video provides a general introduction to the manager options.

While the manager menu options may differ  from system to system, the following basic options are standard to all systems:

  • Scheduling
    • Options to create the event schedule
  • Judges
    • Options to create and assign judges to time blocks
  • Judge sheets
    • Options to access virtual judge sheets, or to download a PDF of all judge sheets
  • Certificates
    • Options to release "on-demand" certificates, and to download a PDF file with all certificates 
  • Exports
    • Options to export registrations as Excel CSV
  • Printouts
    • Options to download PDFs of several documents such as room schedules, etc.
  • Students
    • Options to manage students in the system and groups/families
  • Users / teachers
    • Options to manage or create teachers and users (for example, resetting passwords)
  • Store
    • Options to manage the store, e.g. products/fees, and to see customer orders
