This video provides a general introduction to the manager options.
While the manager menu options may differ from system to system, the following basic options are standard to all systems:
- Scheduling
- Options to create the event schedule
- Judges
- Options to create and assign judges to time blocks
- Judge sheets
- Options to access virtual judge sheets, or to download a PDF of all judge sheets
- Certificates
- Options to release "on-demand" certificates, and to download a PDF file with all certificates
- Exports
- Options to export registrations as Excel CSV
- Printouts
- Options to download PDFs of several documents such as room schedules, etc.
- Students
- Options to manage students in the system and groups/families
- Users / teachers
- Options to manage or create teachers and users (for example, resetting passwords)

- Options to manage the store, e.g. products/fees, and to see customer orders
